What Are the Requirements?

1. You need a blog in order to make optimal use of this program. The good news is blogs are not only Free but they are super easy to setup! You can choose between Wordpress or Blogger blogs. You will need to setup your blogger blog on your own domain to use this program. Although the program still posts to blogspot.com blogs, you may run into instances where you will need to verify by entering random Captcha letters for blogspot hosted blogs. So we recommend using blogger advanced settings to FTP the blog to your own domain.
   
   
2. You will need to know how to setup a Cron Job. If your server has Cpanel, setting up Cron Jobs are very easy to do! You will get a link to a video showing you how to set one up. If you do not have cron on your server there are remote cron services available. Also your server must allow you to run cron every 1 hour for the PRO version. Please check with your host support about this important requirement before buying.
   
   
3. The server you install RSS to Blog on must have "openssl" enabled in the php library. This is a fairly new requirement since blogger recently updated the Atom API to use https secure connections. Now if you plan to post to blogger ... the server you will install this script to musht have ssl enabled php or openssl enabled for php. If you plan to use RSS to Blog with Wordpress or any other blog this is not a neccessity.
   
   
4. You need basic FTP skills to upload the files and change permissions on the server.
   
   
5. You need at least one hosting account to host the RSS to Blog program.
   
   
6. Lastly Make sure your host is running PHP 4.0 or higher
